Vendor questions
Who can apply to become a vendor?
Subcontractors, material suppliers and manufacturers, consultants and equipment rental companies that serve New York City, Long Island or Westchester.
What documents do I need?
A certificate of general liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance or exemption, a completed W-9 and any licenses your trade requires. Documents are optional when you apply, but they speed up approval.
How long does review take?
We review applications within 2 business days. If your trade and service area match our upcoming work, we'll contact you to schedule an introductory meeting.
Do you work with MBE, WBE and SDVOB firms?
Yes. We welcome certified minority-owned, women-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. Let us know your certifications in the application.
Do you work with union and non-union trades?
Yes. Labor requirements vary by building and project, so we work with both union and non-union subcontractors.
