What information should I include in my inquiry?
The address or neighborhood, approximate square footage, type of space, a short description of the scope, your target move-in or opening date and, if you have them, drawings or a floor plan. Don't worry if you don't have everything — we'll help you figure it out.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. Initial consultations, site walkthroughs and preliminary budgets are free. Detailed estimates follow once the scope and drawings are defined.
Can you help before I sign a lease?
Yes — and we recommend it. A pre-lease walkthrough identifies costly issues while you still have leverage to negotiate them with the landlord.
Do you take small projects?
We focus on commercial interiors, from small suites and single-store refreshes to multi-floor headquarters. Tell us about your project and we'll let you know if we're the right fit.
